ҹѰ is conveniently located on the west side of Cambridge in the pretty neighbourhood of Newnham, within walking distance of the historic city centre and the River Cam. Our close proximity to the the M11 and onsite parking are a rare combination in Cambridge.

We offer a variety of meeting, dining and conferencing facilities. ҹѰ caters for events, symposia, seminars and dining in our unique facilities, catered by our friendly and attentive staff, all located on site and set amongst our beautiful gardens.

At ҹѰ, we provide a personal, professional service. We have a range of offerings for all our rooms, menus and conference packages, and we are proud to be a forward-facing and vibrant academic environment. Our experienced conference and events team is on hand to help you plan your event, from your initial enquiry to the day itself. ҹѰ has been accredited with aim, an assurance of excellence (by the Meetings Industry Association, MIA).

The Chancellor’s Centre, our purpose-built conference facility, is the ideal venue for your day meeting, non-residential and residential conference or event.

    Welcome Members

    We welcome all ҹѰ members, many of whom return to visit us year after year. Whether you are visiting for academic studies, hosting a summer school, or attending an alumni reunion, members of ҹѰ are welcome for life. We offer discounts to our members on private dining, conferences and events (T&Cs apply). Please get in touch with the Conference and Events team for more information.

    Flexible Offerings

    We can offer on-site accommodation for events on our ten-acre site, which boasts a series of private garden spaces surrounded with mature trees. We have a variety of meeting and exhibition facilities with state-of-the-art presentation tools. We can cater for groups as large as 200 – but we're happy to host more intimate gatherings as well.
